Customer Dashboard – My Shipments

After a Customer/Shipper posts in “My Shipments,” a customer has a dashboard to manage their shipments.

  • View active, pending, and completed shipments.
  • Receive bid notifications from logistics providers.
  • Send and receive Service Provider notifications only via OneWorldship.com “Shipment Portal”
  • Accept or decline offers.
  • Book Shipment.
  • Make payment.
  • Rate Service Provider.

Service Provider Dashboard – Find Shipments

After a Customer/Shipper posts in “My Shipments” the Service Provider has a dashboard to view active shipments and manage them.

  • View active, pending, and completed shipments.
  • Receive notification of new shipment postings.
  • They can filter shipments based on location, weight, and service type.
  • Accept or decline the shipment.
  • Enter tracking info.
  • Send and receive Customer/Shipper notifications only via OneWorldship.com “Shipment Portal”
  • Receive Payment.

Admin – OneWorldship.com

All shipments are visible in the backend and are being monitored in real time by “ADMIN.”

  • Manage Notifications: Customer/Shipper and Service Provider notifications are viewed and monitored at all times.
  • Flagging for OneWorldship.com Private Policy, Terms and Conditions violations.
  • Manage disputes and resolutions.
  • Rate Service Provider.
  • Cancel, Remove, Close and or Discontinue Service Provider Membership and Shipper/Customer Account at OneWorldship.com sole discretion.
  • Enforce OneWorldship.com use of web platform Private Policy, Terms and Conditions.
